DGMC’s Winter in July, Off Kilter summer surprise

Denver Gay Men's Chorus, Rocky Mountain Arts Association News

It’s July and summer is officially underway! Let the socially distanced outdoor activities in the sweltering heat begin; don’t forget the sunscreen! By contrast, we’ll be keeping you cool with two Winter in July episodes of our new web series The Show Must Go On. Join me, your host, Raul Dominguez, as I dawn silly holiday sweaters and crazed antics, catch up with some of our chorus members and learn about their favorite holiday traditions. In addition, we will bring you holiday musical offerings introduced by our Artistic Director, James Knapp. Get ready to “deck the halls” with Winter in July!

Also coming your way is our venture into the virtual choir realm! Off Kilter has been working hard all summer to bring you their virtual rendition of John Legend’s “All of Me” arranged by Deke Sharon. Launching on July 16, our choral art form will transform into a virtual studio realm with synchronized audio and video tracks. It is an incredibly meticulous effort and we wish to applaud each and every Off Kilter member!

We miss our audience dearly, but that doesn’t stop us from trying to connect with you! Take a load off and enjoy Winter in July and the Virtual Off Kilter’s performance later this month.
