Join us for a workshop with interactive presentations focused on equitable ensemble leadership. Presentation topics will include concert programming, non-hierarchical rehearsal techniques, strategies for creating ensembles that welcome neurodivergent singers, and advice for directors in embracing LGBTQ+ and gender-expansive members.

Open to all educators, community ensemble directors, and students who are interested in learning from the experiences of GALA directors and conductors from around the country. Graduate/Professional development credit is available to attendees through the University of Northern Colorado.
